Type: | Bubbling Water |
---|---|
Description: | Geothermal exploration drilling close to the thermal center in the village of Therma. Very hot water (>80°C) acts like a small geyser. The water changes its level more or less regularly (several minutes) going down to about 50 cm below the rim of the casing of the drill and up to about 50 cm above. The main driver seems to be CO2 although water vapor may contribute. |
