| Description: | The site is located in the area of the abandoned Athletic Stadium of the "Villaggio Santa Barbara" (hamlet of Caltanissetta) in "Contrada Terrapelata". The site can easily be reached being situated along one f the principal road (SS 122 Agrigentina). The manifestations consist in a field of mud volcanoes and bubbling pools in a hilly area, with a mean altitude of 500m a.s.l. |
